A New Jersey woman was charged with harassment for allegedly urging children to throw pennies at Orthodox Jews. Francis Stiles, 42, gave the coins July 8 to three children riding in her SUV, including two of her own kids, and urged them to pelt the Jews, police said. Stiles, who also is charged with employing a juvenile to commit a crime, denies the accusations.
