A new synagogue in Olean, N. Y. is to be started soon. At a meeting of the committee in charge of the building for B’nai Israel Hebrew Congregation plans for the new temple were accepted and arrangements were made for submitting them to contractors.
The committee expects to have the ground broken and work started before winter. The site for the synagogue was purchased recently.
