A one-day standoff at a Hebron hospital was resolved. Israeli troops surrounded Alia Hospital on Tuesday after Palestinian gunmen took refuge there. The situation was resolved Wednesday, when Israel arrested the one gunman who was on its wanted list and let the others go free.
