A Palestinian-fired rocket struck a highway in Israel, lightly wounding four drivers. The Kassam rocket, fired Sunday by Hamas terrorists in the Gaza Strip, landed on Highway 34 outside a kibbutz in the western Negev. Four motorists were treated for shock.
