A Palestinian is in Israeli custody on suspicion of complicity in the recent Hadera suicide bombing. The 25-year-old man, who has permission to live in Israel with relatives who are citizens, was indicted Thursday by the Haifa District Court on charges of abetting a terrorist attack.
