A Palestinian man who firebombed a Jewish site in Jerusalem was found guilty of lying on his U.S. residency application. Jad Haref Hammad faces up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine after prosecutors found he did not admit to his criminal activity when he applied for residency in October 2002. In 1992, an Israeli court convicted Hammad of firebombing the Tomb of Shimon Hatzadik in Jerusalem.
