A Palestinian resolution demanding that Israel dismantle its security fence is slated for a vote Friday. The U.N. General Assembly on Tuesday received a formal request by the Palestinians to introduce the legislation. However, a diplomatic source said the vote may be postponed to next week due to European indecision on how to vote.
