A Palestinian teen-ager who planned a suicide bombing received a relatively light sentence because he is a minor and turned himself in voluntarily. The 17-year-old, who was sentenced by an Israeli court on Wednesday, said he wanted to carry out the bombing in order to join a friend of his in heaven who had carried out a previous suicide bombing.
