A Palestinian was accused Thursday of planning a mass cyanide poisoning of Israelis. Abas Sayad, 36, a Hamas leader in Tulkarm, was also charged Thursday with sending the suicide bomber who killed 29 Israelis at a Passover seder March 27 in Netanya.
