A Passover program will be broadcast over Station WJZ and the Blue Network on Thursday from 6 to 6:30 P. M. It is sponsored by the Religious Reconstruction Committee of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America.
The program will concern itself mainly with extending the good wishes of Jewry to those of other faiths and will indicate that the need of the world today is for religion.
Dr. Leo Jung will explain the significance of the Passover and will urge his hearers to support their own institutions. William Feinberg, president of the Greater New York branch of the Rabinnical Council of the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America, will appeal for greater participation in Jewish activities.
Mrs. Herbert S. Goldstein will ask mothers to encourage the religious spirit within the home. Music will be provided by the Rev. Samuel Vigoda.
