A private club in Toronto blackballed a Jewish businessman because some members were afraid of having Jewish members, an ex-employee said. Some members at the Rosedale Country Club thought that accepting the application in 1996 would have opened the “flood gates to have more Jewish members,” Michael Geluch testified in court.
