A program of 15 lectures on the culture and civilization of Israel, offered by the Israel Office of Information in co-operation with the New York Board of Education, was opened here today in the presence of Israel Government officials and ranking members of the Board of Education; Two hundred registrants for the course will receive special credit from the Board of Education.
