A prosecutor told a Paris court that Yahoo! should face legal penalties for allowing the sale of Nazi memorabilia on one of the Web sites it hosts. The International League against Racism and Anti-Semitism brought the case against the Internet portal in April in a bid to stop the sales from appearing in France. The judge is expected to issue a ruling next week.
