A questionnaire seeking to ascertain the extent of abatement in German trade is in the process of distribution among dealers cooperating in the boycott movement, according to an announcement yesterday by the Vigilance Division of the Non-Sectarian Anti-Nazi League to Champion Human Rights.
The organization, a group of “minute men” prosecuting the German boycott under the orders of Samuel Untermyer, is taking a census of dealers and groups throughout the city which are adhering to the boycott. Efforts are being made to assist these dealers in finding American Substitutes for German products.
The Vigilance Division, which has branches in all boroughs of the city, is headed by Mrs. Anna Cahane, acting city chairman.
