A rabbi accused of molesting and sexually harassing scores of teen-agers in the Orthodox Union’s youth group has pleaded not guilty to separate criminal charges that he fondled two teen-age students while principal of a New Jersey yeshiva. Rabbi Baruch Lanner, who resigned from the O.U. last summer, faces up to 40 years in prison and $250,000 in fines if convicted on the charges.
