A recently published book in Latvia backs the death penalty for “Jewish billionaires” who “want to mix together various races and peoples,” according to the Union of Councils for Jews in the FSU. An official with the Organization for Cooperation and Security in Europe says the book — called “We Will Give Latvia to No One” — is in “bad taste” but “in no case promotes ethnic hatred.”
