A research ship recovered navy uniforms from an Israeli sub that sank in the Mediterranean more than three decades ago. The ship, which had combed the sea floor around the site of the wreckage of the Dakar submarine between Crete and Cyprus, retrieved a sealed bag containing uniforms as well as a plastic storm coat. The crew member to whom they belonged was identified through a number attached to the uniforms.
