A Russian Jewish billionaire plans to establish a new political party in Israel. Arkadi Gaydamak, who came to prominence in Israel recently by buying Jerusalem’s Beitar soccer team, told Ha’aretz on Monday that his new party would be set up in time for March 28 national elections.
