A Russian Jewish leader and media tycoon told a Spanish judge that he does not want to be extradited to Russia to face embezzlement charges. Vladimir Goussinsky told the judge he is the victim of a political vendetta by President Vladimir Putin and that he would not try to flee Spain, where Goussinsky has lived since last July.
