A Russian Jewish leader with ties to the embattled oil giant Yukos is threatening to cut funding to a major Russian Jewish program. Leonid Nevzlin is about to make the decision regarding the Moscow-based Research Center for Russian and East European Jewry, which he established, to protest government pressure on him and Yukos, his aide told JTA.
