A Russian judge closed the case of a politician who allegedly incited hatred against Jews. According to the Union of Councils for Jews in the Former Soviet Union, the judge ruled last week that there was not enough evidence to prosecute Oleg Kitter, a former deputy mayor of the city of Samara.
