A. S. Van der Bergh, member of the Upper House of the Dutch States General, or Parliament, has been appointed the Dutch representative on the Jewish Agency. His appointment has met with general approval in Zionist circles in Holland. In accepting the appointment, Mr. Van der Bergh declared that he is in full sympathy with the orthodox elements in the movement.
