A second Israeli was arrested in connection with the attempted lynching of a Palestinian rock-thrower in Gaza. The 19-year-old suspect, from the West Bank city of Kiryat Arba, was taken into custody Tuesday after police investigators identified him among a crowd of activists alleged to have stoned the Palestinian during confrontations in the Gaza village of Muwassi last week.
