A senior Likud politician leaked information to the Labor Party during the televised election campaign on how the party planned to criticize One Israel leader Ehud Barak, according to the Israeli daily Ha’aretz. Labor Knesset member Dalia Itzik was reportedly the party’s contact for the leaks, which helped One Israel immediately counter the Likud attacks. Itzik is refusing to comment on the allegation.
