A small group of concentration camp survivors protested Monday outside of Berlin’s Parliament building, charging that Germans are too ready to forget the victims of Nazism. The demonstration took place as the German Parliament held its first session in the renovated Reichstag, marking the official start of the German government’s move from Bonn to Berlin.
