A special program commemorating the yarzeit of Theodor Herzl and Chaim Bialik will be held July 25 in the auditorium at 515 Park Avenue. The program, cosponsored by the American Zionist Federation and the Herzl Institute, will consist of an address on Herzl by Prof. Abraham Duker, former chairman of the Judaic Studies Department at Brooklyn College; readings from Bialik’s poetry by the noted Yiddish actor Zvee Scooler; and a “Bialik in Song” concert by singer and instrumentalist Avraham Yainan.
