A speech by Jo Wagerman, the first female president of Britain’s central Jewish organization, will highlight a U.S. conference next month on British Jewish women’s leaders. Discussions of women’s issues in Jewish religious and educational life are also slated to occur at the conference at Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass., to be held Dec. 10-11.
