A spokesman for the group led by Osama bin Laden threatened Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon as well as President Bush and his father, President Clinton and British Prime Minister Tony Blair. The Al Qaida spokesman charged all of the leaders with crimes against Muslims.
