A study mission of the Joint Palestine Appeal, the third in three years, will go to Israel Sunday for a 15-day visit to determine to country’s needs and meet with Israeli leaders. The 40-member group is headed by Rosser Chinn, joint vice president of the JPA and president of the Jewish National Fund of Britain.
