A Syrian businessman who testified in the Achille Lauro hijacking case was killed in Madrid. Mustafa Nasinni was a witness in the 1995 case against the man charged with arming the hijackers who killed American Leon Klinghoffer and threw him overboard in the 1985 attack on the Italian ship.
