A Tel Aviv monument to Yitzhak Rabin was vandalized a second time. “Nazi” was scrawled across the memorial plaque at Rabin Square, site of the prime minister’s 1995 assassination, before dawn Wednesday. Red paint also was daubed over Rabin’s name.
