A terrorist cell in its formative stage was uncovered by Israeli security services in the Israeli Arab village of Tomra in the western Galilee. Three local youths, all of whom are working in Israel, were detained. It was reported that they were recruited into an El Fatah cell under the command of a Fatah leader in the West Bank. Their task was to prepare bombs and to place them at various sites in Israel. More arrests are expected.
