A two week Israeli-American air defense exercise culminated Tuesday with the successful test-firing of 14 Patriot missiles in the Negev. The exercise, which officials from both sides said was scheduled long before the Iraqi crisis, included coordinating operations between Israel’s Arrow anti-missile system and the latest American Patriot missile batteries.
