A U.N. vote on a resolution demanding that Israel dismantle its West Bank security barrier was postponed. Initially slated for a vote last Friday, the resolution, which follows the International Court of Justice’s ruling that the fence is illegal, was again postponed Monday. A vote is likely to occur this week.
