A U.S. appeals court ruled against four Orthodox Jews suing Yale University for allegedly violating their religious beliefs. The three-judge panel this week upheld an earlier court decision rejecting the former students’ claims that Yale violated their beliefs by requiring them to live in coeducational dormitories.
