A U.S.-born West Bank settler was arrested on suspicion of smuggling arms to Israel. Police said Wednesday that Jeffrey Shmuel Seth, originally of California, was arrested earlier this month after an undeclared sniper rifle and ammunition were found in his shipping crate.
