A U.S. immigration judge on Monday ordered the deportation of a Chicago man if he does not voluntarily leave the United States by June 30. Under the terms of an agreement reached last Friday, Vincas Valkavickas agreed to leave the United States voluntarily after he acknowledged that he had failed to disclose his wartime activities when he applied to enter the United States after the war. He is accused of serving as an armed guard during a two-day massacre in 1941 of more than 3,700 Jews in Lithuania.
