A U.S. judge ruled that New York City could not deny a permit to the organizers of the Million Youth March. The demonstration is being led by the anti-Semitic former spokesman of the Nation of Islam, Khalid Muhammad. It is scheduled to take place Sept. 5 in Harlem.
