A U.S. judge ruled that New York City could not deny a permit to the organizers of the Million Youth March. In making the ruling, the judge said the city’s denial violates the Constitution’s free speech provisions. The demonstration is being led by the anti-Semitic former spokesman of the Nation of Islam, Khalid Muhammad. It is scheduled to take place Sept. 5 in Harlem.
