A violently anti-Semitic group known as Russian Master is distributing leaflets in Moscow calling for participation in a mass rally slated for Wednesday night in the Russian capital. The Anti- Defamation League’s Moscow office alerted authorities to the likelihood that rally attendees would violate laws prohibiting the incitement of racial hatred.
