A Virginia federation is in jeopardy of losing its membership in the national federation system. After the United Jewish Communities issued a statement Monday ousting the United Jewish Federation of Tidewater, Va., for “continuing delinquency” on dues payments, it now says it will give the federation three to four weeks to pay up before cutting ties.
