A window-breaking at a synagogue in New York state is being labeled a “terrorist act” by the congregation’s president. “We are not going to succumb to fear,” President Ron Simon, a New Paltz elementary school teacher, was quoted as saying by the Poughkeepsie Journal after the Nov. 17 event.
