A would-be suicide bomber who was stopped by guards at a Tel Aviv cafe a year ago was sentenced to 14 years in prison. Hamas member Rifat Mukdi, who was sentenced in Tel Aviv District Court on Thursday, was carrying 30 pounds of explosives when he tried to enter the Cafe Tayelet last year, Ha’aretz reported.
