Abba Achimeir, a Revisionist leader and prominent writer, died here today of a heart attack at the age of 61. He was former head of the Brit Biryonim, the Revisionist extremist organization. Born in Russia, Mr. Achimeir emigrated to Israel in 1924. He became one of the leaders of the Betar, the Revisionist militant youth organization.
