Rabbi Isaac Lewin, chairman of the Agudah Israel world executive, who was to have arrived in the United States from Palestine over the week-end, has been barred from leaving Palestine along with other Palestine ##itizens seeking to come to the U.S., it was announced here today by the American ##gudah. The organization said that Rabbi Lewin was on his way here in connection with the U.N. decision on Palestine.
