Abdullah to Meet Hussein at Maam

## Emir Abdullah, ruler of Transjordania, accompanied by Musa Kazim Pasha, Chairman of the Arab Executive, left today for Maam, a town near the Border of Arabia and Palestine to meet King Hussein en route and accompany him through Transjordania.

King Hussein of Hedjas is exciting great interest throughout Arab countries by his journey to Transjordania. It is reported that deputations from local political bodies in all parts of Syria and Palestine will meet with Hussein to discuss their views on the political future of the Arab countries. The Congress of Syro-Palestinian organizations in Egypt has also voted to send a delegation.

Arab circles attach great significance to the Amman conference and believe that many important discussions will ensue, to reveal the present trend of politics in the Arab countries, and the attitude toward a conclusion of peace with Turkey and a confirmation of the British and French mandates in Palestine and Syria respectively.
