Approximately 90 Jewish youth and young adult councils were formed throughout the United States during the past three years, it was reported here today at the National Jewish Welfare Board-sponsored Jewish Youth Conference. The new units represent 70 percent of councils replying to a J.W.B. questionnaire on their make-up and activities.
