Abraham Moss, former Mayor of Manchester, left here today as a delegate of the Board of Deputies of British Jews to the official observance in Warsaw Saturday of the 15th anniversary of the Jewish uprising in the Warsaw Ghetto.

It is hoped here that Mr. Moss will be able to raise with the Polish authorities about the treatment accorded Jews repatriated from the USSR to Poland. The Board of Deputies is concerned about the reception of the returnees.
