The memory of Achad Ha’am, the late Hebrew philosopher who died in Tel Aviv on Sunday, was honored at a meeting of the Executive of the Warsaw Kehillah. The Orthodox member of the Kehillah Council refrained from attending the memorial meeting.

Memorial meetings were arranged by the Association of Jewish Writers and Journalists and by the Hitachduth. Memorial services were also held in the Great Synagogue on Tlomackie Street and in other synagogues.
