Unanimous consent to address the House of Representatives Monday on the Dickstein bill to exempt from the quota, parents over age 55, of American citizens was obtained by Congressmen Dickstein and La Guardia. It is expected that both will attack the minority report against the bill recently filed in the House by a number of members of the House Immigration Committee.

The shortly expected return of Congressman Sabath from Chicago where he has been for several weeks in connection with the party primaries, will hasten the action on granting of the rule for consideration of the bill. Congressman Sabath, who is a member of the House Rules Committee, has been absent since the report of Dickstein’s bill.
