Mrs. Justine Wise Tulin, an assistant in the New York City Corporation Counsel’s office and daughter of Rabbi Stephen S. Wise, addressed a weekly forum in the Queens County Medical Center Building, Forest Hills. The forum was the last of six on the social rehabilitation of Queens County, sponsored by six welfare organizations in the section.
